Jesse currently serves as Director of Gulf Shores International Airport, where he’s leading the airport’s ambitious transformation from a general aviation facility to a commercial service hub. With over 18 years of experience, Jesse’s career spans from early operations work at Portland International Jetport to his leadership role at Branson Airport, where he helped secure a military fuel contract and earned the FAA Safety Enhancement Award.
Beyond his operational expertise, Jesse is a passionate educator and mentor. Since 2017, he has taught aviation courses at Ozarks Technical Community College, inspiring the next generation of aviation professionals. He’s also a certified air boss, having coordinated airshows including the first aerobatic display over Table Rock Lake.
